Poppie’s Dough, wholesale supplier of cookies to United Airlines, Shedd Aquarium, and American Girl Place, envisioned a cozy French-inspired retail outlet as the new face of its large-scale commercial bakery operation.

The package design for Poppie’s cookies, dough, and other treats features broad glossy stripes, which inspired the broad striped wall treatments. Stenciled patterns in crisp white, royal purple, and rose pink cover the walls of the 4,000-square-foot industrial space, compressing the scale for intimacy and reflecting light from playful starburst fixtures. Chocolate-brown flooring and the prominent Poppie’s logo, backlit by LEDs, complete the on-brand theme for this gourmet bakeshop.
