Gibsons Restaurant Group, which includes legendary Chicago restaurants Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse, LUXBAR, and others, required a facilities management team with an eye for design.

For Gibsons’ high-occupancy restaurants in the region, the MA team consulted and led efforts ranging in scope like maximizing efficiency of building envelope and mechanical systems, furniture repair and design, space planning, equipment maintenance, interior architecture, design, and interior finishes for new and existing establishments. While implementing the unique identity of each restaurant, design choices also unify an aesthetic to strengthen the Gibsons brand.
